    I was with MCB 5 from Feb. 1962 to Aug. 1964 and made the tours to the Philippines in 1962/63 and Guam 1963/64. I made one tour to Vietnam with MCB11, at Dong Ha and Cue Viet River. We built towers, LST ramps and air strips. My most vivid memory is the Ammo Dump explosion.
