    CB tours Quang Tri/Camp Haines; 1970-74 AROICC Roosy Rds Puerto Rico. I left the Navy in 1974, Engineer/Developer/business owner in Atlanta, GA to 1999. I moved to Tybee Island, spend time on the beach, develope property and am a consultant to City on Beach maintenance. Two daughters Tracie and Kelly, have given me 4 grandchildren.
