Mike Sweeney
    MCB 11 1956-67. After discharge, I hired in at a local Chevrolet Dealer as a mechanic for 1 1/2 years. Later, I hired in at Michigan Proving Grounds, Ford Motor Co. as a mechanic. I retired 33 years later. I stay busy with my street rods, and also helping with the building of a Veterans Memorial in Midtown for the last 9 years.
