Change of Command On February 16, 1960 CDR H. F. Liberty, CEC USNR, relinquished command of MCB Eleven to then LCDR John P. Williams, CEC, USN. CDR Liberty made the rounds after formal ceremonies to say goodbye to the officers and men he had grown so proud of, particularly on this deployment. |
